In 1995, I bought
this house and have it used by myself , up to now.
The house is situated
rather centrally in Brazil , 45 km from the centre of the city
of Sao Paulo , in the village
"Campo
Limpo Paulista", in the state of Sao Paulo.
It is a one hour
drive to the centre of the city of Sao Paulo .
And 1.5 hour
to the international airport of Sao Paulo.
For transport
from or to the airport , I pay the equivalent of Euro 35 by special taxi.
As one of the
few places around Sao Paulo, there is also a train connection.
The coast (litoral
norte) is a 2 hours drive.
Also I have undertaken
a lot of adventurous trips throughout the country, alone or with friends
,
up to and including
Fortaleza im the north.
The Pantanal
and for instance the water falls of Igacu , are within reach of 2 days
trip with a car.
To the south
of the state Bahia it 1 is day drive. Chapada Diamantina is 2 days.
For people who
have enough time and really want know to discover the country , it
is a good possibility of using
the place and
house as an operating base for many trips.
The house is situated
in a "Condominio Fechado" ( guarded area) of 2.2 millions m. ²
The condominio
has a lot of sporting facilities : golf , swimming pool , footbal ,
tennis, etc.
and is situated
10 km from the centre of Campo Limpo , in a very natural surrounding.
Over the weekend the restaurant serves
meals.
It is a wooden
house of 42 m ² , 2 bed rooms, bathroom , living room with kitchen.
Well maintained
, still in March 2005 the roof of the house was renewed.
Annex is a
concrete garage of 35 m ² , with facilities for building a second
layer on top of it.
Total area size is 750 m ².
Panoramic view
on a lot of nature in the valley.
The sale or rent
would include also all pieces of furniture and other (washing machine
, frigidaire, cooker ,audio , tools, laundry) and further everything what
one needs to live comfortable.
There is a phone connection. Also in range of a portable phone. European GSM phones also work
For people who stay for a longer time in Sao Paulo , it is fantastic to escape the city, in weekends and holidays.
The condominio
is populated wit houses for approximately 30% , the majority is nature.
Even monkeys
, (not dangerous......) are our best friends.
Sale value is Euro 23.500 ; rent , (for at least 6 months) , in consultation.
Municipal taxes
are approximately Euro 75 , service costs for the condominio is Euro 70
per month.
(guarding, water
supply, carbage service, maintenance, etc.)
If so required
also with 4WD car (Lada Niva) from 1992 and 118.000 km.
(I used it by
myself and did the maintenance , in good condition )
